8:25 Photography
Why 8:25 Photography? Not only is 8/25 my birth date, but most of the time when I look at a clock it is 8:25 (a.m. and/or p.m.). I love photography and taking pictures of the world around me.

It has been way too windy to go out and take pictures, even of the hummingbird resting on the bush on the side of the house, so I started looking back at the photos I’ve taken through the years. This is from one of my trips to Point Lobos State Natural Reserve. There are so many unique rocks and rock formations in the Reserve and every time you go there it will look different. When it is cloudy/overcast/foggy the rocks look more colorful and vibrant then when the sun is out. This was taken on one of those overcast days.

These are two vertical shots combined in photoshop. Luckily they were taken against a white house so there wasn’t much masking to do. This little sweetie is very kind and patient to let me get very close (within 3’) to take its picture.
